You’re constantly feeling overwhelmed by life? Every choice, action and thought is lead with that back end belief of “This is hard”, “I’m not good enough” “Am I on the right path?”
You’re an autopilot achiever, struggling to slow down your life. You think doing more equals more fulfilment, but you feel drained.
You’re unsure of your next step: what your purpose is, what you want to be doing with life? You have a vision but you don’t know where to start?
You immediately create the outcome of a situation without even experiencing it. Always looking for a reason for why you won’t succeed or why what ever you do isn’t good enough..
Your fears of failure or judgement rule your life ? Life throws you opportunities, but you either run the other way or stay put and play it safe.. the trust within yourself is hiding..
You’ve got some past emotional wounds to work through.. you’ve failed, been rejected, hurt, have had high expectations placed on yourself, live through a belief you absorbed when you were younger. You don’t know how to break the cycle of self doubt?
People pleasing is in your nature. You resist change based on what your friends, family and those around you will think of you? You rarely put yourself first and struggle to say No to people.
You’re stuck in comparison: body, job, income, life.. judgement rules your beliefs! Maybe it sounds a little like.. “Why don’t I look like that? Her life is so easy, I’m not good enough for that job”… you never feel enough.
Loosing control freaks you out. You’re constantly planning the future, without being in the moment! The idea of failure scares you, so control keeps you safe. But when you loose control… = overwhelm
You spend 80% of your time in your head. Re-living old experiences, creating future outcomes. You’d rather be flowing in your moments, connected to your present self & happy in who you are?
You want to build a flowing relationship with your nourishment: Building a wholesome relationship with your food and body, without the pressure to get it “right” or need to deprive, but have “balance”.
You feel separated or different from friends and family. You change who you are around certain people, which makes you feel, tired and drained and confused on who you actually are?
You continually justify or need a reason to do something that you truly want to do for you.. you think people will treat you differently if you change..
You are aware of your current self sabotaging habits… “I'm aware of what I’m doing, how I treat myself, but I just don’t know how to take action to change this, I feel stuck.” Let’s change this!
Modern Mindful is for the person who:
Is ready to stop rejecting herself and her emotions; Creating a non negotiable reflective response, that allows her to understand her conditioning, acknowledge the power she has in her choices, accept all that she is, and find the true expression of her joy in day to day life.
Is ready to obtain infectious Self Worth. Becoming aware of areas where she feels as if she has to prove or please to be accepted, creating authentic choices that are in alignment with what is truthful to her, without the impact of other interfering her choices.
Wants to stop living in fear: Creating a set of respectful boundaries that maintain her on all levels, understanding where she is pushing herself to the back to meet the needs of another. Putting herself first, limiting the impact of external opinions, stress and the energy of others.
Feel confident to be and express herself in her relationships; no longer edit her emotions, not make things okay that “aren’t truly okay”, communicate her needs, build self respect and mutual understanding within all relationships. Accepting herself and others .
Lessen control and build greater trust: to take simplified, daily, practical steps, to understand where reactions play out and why, limiting the impact of past pain in her present, feeling trust within herself and her choices.
Learn Mindful Tools to limit stress, anxiety and fight or flight reactions; learn to understand, feel, express and action her emotions in a way that strives for content, shifts her choices and responses, that intend to ground, centre and intend the best in moving forward.
Create a sense of purpose that isn’t fuelled by pressure or expectation; Create a purpose that is truthful to her, that isn’t validated by external expectation or results, feel greater joy within her choices, without the “pressure to do more, to feel more”.
Limit the impact of comparison: Create a new perspective that limits the impact and energy from another in choices she makes. Learning from reactive behaviours, and creating a more nurturing response in accepting the self, feeling a sense of content and inner knowing of who she is.
Lessen guilt and worry: Forgive, understand and accept her past and use past experiences as the exact information to gain greater presence, in honouring, respecting and feeling confident in the choices she makes now.
Live her point of difference as a Daily Practice: the biggest inhibitor to our joy is continuing to live or act through a behaviour or belief that no longer feels “right”. Learning to accept and live all that you are is the truest gift in creating a life that is meaningful to you!
In essence… Is ready to stop blocking her happiness, ignite her self worth, feel greater content and confidence within herself and her choices and create a life that is reflective of her truth as she grows! By living her point of difference!

Within each session we will work on a 1:1 basis to address and nurture your inherent needs found within your sessions. With the support of a personalised action plan to take with you post session, the goal is for you to create greater connection and understanding or yourself, your past, your actions, your emotions, and access greater clarity and confidence in accepting yourself and all that you are.
Re-connecting to who you are at your Core, opening yourself up to daily opportunities, no longer live in past or present fear and access a more profound level of self acceptance, inner peace, confidence, clarity and direction on a path that ignites your point of difference.
Program Inclusions:
- 8 x 1 hour 1:1 Coaching Calls via the zoom platform, or in clinic if you’re local. With the option to start with 4 x 1:1 sessions and continue if you feel you would like to.

I worked with Sammie as a part of her Modern Mindful eight week program earlier this year, and since the first week we started I knew it was one of the best decisions I had ever made for myself. When I first came to Sammie, I was in a place of quite intense anxiety, consistently waking up with that feeling of being ‘on edge’ and it not getting any better throughout the day.
I was experiencing situations daily where I was giving too much of my energy away to people and to things that weren’t returning anything positive back. I had drifted so far away from my being it felt as if I’d forgotten I was my own person all together.

“When I came to Sammie in August I was extremely lost: I struggled with constant comparison and jealousy, found it difficult to overcome shame and bitterness, constantly downplayed my strengths due to feeling never good enough, and was cripplingly insecure.
The thought of putting myself out there and being seen was terrifying, so I never did it and continued to ‘play small’. Without Sammie I would never had unlocked the flow I now have in my life.
Sammie encouraged me to never judge my emotions but to get present with them, learn to create space and get curious around how I was feeling. To start, I am really grateful that I have realised that, for me, self-love starts with putting myself first - nourishing my body and soul - before giving that energy out to others. I have embraced the fact that when I do this consistently I actually have more love for myself as I am being true to myself and my values, and not trying to be someone else.
In doing this, I have learned to create space between thoughts that do not serve me (fears/limiting beliefs) and action. I now pause and breathe, question and then respond instead of reacting to fear as though it is a true representation of my outer life.
I am grateful that this learning will allow me to step into stronger relationships - be a better partner, friend, colleague and daughter, as well as being able to offer myself more loving kindness. I am grateful to trusting myself to step out into this journey. While it wasn’t the easiest decision, I am proud of how far I have come in such a short period of time. For the longest time I felt that I would never be at peace with myself and that it was unattainable for me to become the girl I knew I had so much potential to be. But we’re getting there!
