We are so excited to bring you "Nourish".
Between the both of us, especially this year we have seen the demand and motivation in people wanting to understand all that they are on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, realising the importance of their health, wellbeing and personal choices.
Within this workshop we will teach you to create a more "Nourished" way of living, creating choices that respect your needs, re-connect you to your body's incredible wisdom, build a "balanced" way of being without depriving yourself, nutrition to support your emotional and mental space, Mindfulness tools to support your day to day plus so much more.
On the day: We will both be giving you an insight to our own view of nourishment and encourage you through the day to create a view that is all your own.
Naturopath Bronte: Will be guiding you through the ins and outs of;
The physical components of stress; physical barriers and positive support of supplements
The gut brain connection; Symptoms of gut dysbiosis and what that means for your body
Understanding neurotransmitters in supporting more balanced eating around Binge and Emotional Eating Tendencies
Removing Food Guilt and Making more Confident Food Choices through understanding macronutrients
Easy and effective ways to optimise your Nutrition and how that plays an essential role in optimising your overall wellbeing
Sammie: Will be supporting you with practical implementation of understanding:
The impact of stress on the body and creating respectful boundaries to limiting daily overwhelm and anxiety
The intention and emotional side of food and eating, creating more nourishing habits, intuitive eating and why we tend to restrict or binge
Understanding the concept of balance; focusing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance to ensure you are maintaining yourself and are still able to enjoy your choices
Chatting Modern Day Body Image, social media, unconscious comparison, going beyond the scale and navigating how life feels instead of what it should look like.
Simple tips and tricks to start to enjoy cooking, moving your body and creating a way of living and being that limits pressure and expectation but follows your joy!
