Lack of Motivation & Procrastination, is so much more than just being “lazy or avoidant”, which is why I created this workshop. To take you through the in’s & out’s or Procrastination & Motivation & most importantly to show you just how truly capable your are in taking your goals & tasks.
As well as to slow down & prioritise yourself, amongst all that you do.
Within this 75 minute session , I will take you through the patterns & behaviours that lead to avoidance, lack of motivation & procrastination. Targeting these areas that are listed below, with practical tools, strategies & techniques to help you become more effective in managing your stress & overwhelm, to plan & prioritise your week without over-doing it, to set realistic expectations for yourself without the guilt & build greater confidence in your skills & abilities.
What will this workshop cover:
Managing Unhelpful thoughts & feelings: Compartmentalisation techniques for Overthinking, Worry, doubting thoughts, the “What If’s” & Anxiety.
Understanding & Boosting Motivation: how to set & create realistic expectations for yourself without the guilt
Stress Management techniques; managing & responding to stressors, understanding what stress actually is & how to confidently set self respecting boundaries for yourself & your own well-being amongst all that you do.
Chunking & Scheduling Tasks: turn the stress of the week, into chunked steps, to help focus on “how” we can get what we need to done.
Combatting Self Doubt ; understanding patterns of comparison, utilising our own gifts & abilities, reframing our relationship with failure.
Learn to Motivate yourself without the Stress or Guilt: step out of the “should’s & shouldn’ts”, get clear & intentional with your choices, to move, eat, study & work towards your goals without the fear.
Work through associations related to Validation; targeting perfectionist tendencies and relationship with “inaction”.
