Sammie has been teaching Mindfulness to larger groups and 1:1 clients for over 4 years now. Her Modern Mindful Meditation Course focuses on using the breath to get you clear on your personal needs, wants, and visions, while also learning to comfortably understand where you may be blocking your flow and ability to make the changes you wish to make!

Each step will give you both a coaching and mindfulness tool, aimed to change old thinking habits and the resulting daily actions, guiding you to build a more thriving, confident and healthy relationship with yourself and all ranges of emotions and experiences.

Over the 6 weeks we will focus on guiding ourselves back to the simplicities in our lives, learning to limit pressure, overwhelm and expectation. Instead of running away from ourselves, we will promote presence and grounding to develop a habit of awareness – of merely ‘being’ within our tasks and accessing more joy within our days! By learning from our emotions without judgement!

Week 1: Establishing your Mindfulness : Learning to simplify steps and build foundations of awareness - Basic Breath Work
Week 2: Mindfulness of Body Awareness : Understanding the Emotional Body and Building intuition - Centred Breath Work
Week 3: Feeling Mindful Feelings : Begin to understand reactions from a place of feeling - Conscious Breath Work
Week 4: Thinking Mindful Thoughts : Learning to detach from assuming and overthinking for corrective action - Understanding Energy
Week 5: Mindful Senses : Utilising the power of all senses to build a greater presence with the self and healthier habits
Week 6: Mindful and Loving Compassion : Awareness technique to feel more joy, kindness, compassion and equality promoting acceptance of the self and others.
