This program supports teens between minimum 6-8 sessions, enabling them to gain a greater understanding of themselves & their behaviours.
This includes a focus on understanding their problematic experiences & how they have been created.
Using a realistic, strategic & specific goal based program I will help them to create more self-respect, empowerment & personal boundaries to assist them in maintaining their physical, mental & emotional wellbeing in all areas of life.
This program is personalised to each teen & their individual needs, guiding them with specific tools & strategies to help them identify the choices that they don’t realise they have, to manage any situation that comes their way & to effect true positive changes in their day to day.

Whether that means learning to;
- effectively communicate their needs & feelings, with themselves, family & peers
- manage & navigate conflict & challenge in relationships & be self responsible
- learn to sit with and process uncomfortable thoughts and feelings
- build confidence to choose & decide for themselves when faced with varying challenges in life, by setting varying boundaries.
In essence each teen will be learning to change the patterns of behaviour that lead to anxiety, self doubt & low self esteem.

Within this program your teen will learn:
Emotional Regulation for Worry, Anxiety, Over-thinking, through Mindfulness & Strategic Psychotherapy techniques
How to implement & set boundaries in all areas of life
Effective Emotional communication techniques
Productivity & Motivation - Working through patterns of self doubt & focusing on unique skills & abilities + techniques to help with study & learning
Body Image Awareness & how to manage the influence, opinions & actions of others
Self Responsibility & Self Control
Using a range of Integrative therapies such Mindfulness, Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy & Conscious Coaching Techniques.
Each session is targeted to presenting needs & specific tools & techniques will be adapted to this.
Package Inclusions:
I always recommend starting with an Initial Consultation before committing to the full 6-8 sessions.
The first 4 sessions aim to be fortnightly to start, with monthly sessions after that with option to continue .
Personalised Action Plan per session & Mindfulness recording post each session
Voice memo check ins when needed
2 x parent support check in calls, to help you with how to support your child throughout their sessions
